I've visited the Yemaso gyms in Idaho and Reno, but I had never yet been to the HQ location in Sacramento. What a great morning! The only 5 AM class I've ever been to in my life. And it made it super easy to get to work on time without missing breakfast or a shower! The mats were perfectly clean. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. But the technique was the cleanest of all!
